You don't really see many of these burned out hippie street person types anymore. They seem to have been replaced by the squeegee kids in much the same way that the Cro-Magnons replaced the Neanderthals. This drawing is based on my observations of the breed during their late '70s/early '80s heyday. I did actually see a guy once with a home made "peace sign in flower" tattoo as depicted here.
